This 1980 Honda CB750C Custom is powered by a 748cc inline-four mated to a 5-speed transmission. The selling dealer recently acquired the bike from the believed second owner and it now shows 17k miles. Recent maintenance is said to have included an oil change and carburetor cleaning, along with adjustments to the floats, idle mixtures, and accelerator pumps. This CB750 is offered by the selling dealer in Wisconsin at no reserve with a clean Minnesota title.
Finished in Candy Muse Red with chrome fenders, the bike retains the correct seat cover with a stenciled Honda logo. The exhaust system has been replaced with an aftermarket 4-into-2 system, and the alloy Comstar wheels wear older Dunlop tires.
Stone chips are noted on the left side of the fuel tank, and the headlamp lens is chipped. The reflectors on the fork ears have been removed and replaced with screws.
Instrumentation consists of an 85-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 9,500-rpm redline. 17k miles are shown on the odometer.
The 748cc DOHC 4-cylinder produced 67 horsepower when new and is mated to a 5-speed transmission and chain drive. The seller recently performed an oil change and cleaned the carburetors. Adjustments were also made to the idle mixtures, floats, and accelerator pumps. A walk-around and startup video is viewable below.
