The frame was refinished by the prior owner, and Brent Budgor of the Vintage Vendor in Burlington Vermont completed the painting and striping of the tank, fenders and side covers. The seat was recovered in black naugahyde with white piping, and extra foam was added for comfort. The header pipes wear wrap to conceal discoloration of the chrome. The mufflers are replacements, but the left muffler has a dent from the kick starter. The forks were rebuilt with new springs, seals, and boots, and a new chain and rear shocks were also added.
