This 2017 BMW R nineT Racer is a factory cafe racer-styled motorcycle that was sold new in Tigard, Oregon. Finished in Light White with M Sport graphics, this bike shows just under 1,300 miles and is powered by a 1,170cc boxer twin coupled with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Factory equipment includes ABS, Automatic Stability Control, heated grips, chrome exhaust pipes, and 17″ spoke wheels. Approximately 100 miles have been added by the selling dealer, and an oil change was recently performed. This R nineT is now being offered for sale with a window sticker, a receipt from a June 2018 service, and a clean Oregon title.
Light White Paint is accented by chrome exhaust pipes and M-stripe graphics on the tank, nose fairing, and rear cowl. Alloy bar-end mirrors and an SP muffler have been installed, and the removed factory parts are included in the sale.
The R nineT came standard with Brembo disc brakes with ABS and multi-piston calipers. This particular example is also equipped with factory-optional Automatic Stability Control and 17″ spoke wheels, which are mounted with Metzeler tires.
The handlebars are positioned low on the upper fork bridge and feature heated grips. Instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline, and a digital odometer that shows under 1,300 miles.
The air/oil-cooled 1,170cc DOHC boxer twin features four valves per cylinder and wet sump lubrication. Factory-rated output was 110 horsepower and 86 lb-ft of torque. An invoice from a service in June 2018 is provided in the gallery, and an oil service was recently performed by the selling dealer.
A copy of the original window sticker lists the optional equipment and a total suggested retail price of $15,090. A riding video is provided by the seller below.
