Moto Reviews

The reviews that I have compiled here come from at least 1 week and usually two weeks with the bikes that have been provided to me.

Often times you’re the recipient of a quick test drive, a bunch of brochures and literature selling you on the “fantasy” of owning your Moto-Razmattaz T-REX 1000. I ride the bike for a 1000 miles or so, commute a good distance on it, run around some curves, meet up with some friends, run errands, and really get to know it. I even own one of the bikes on this page.

Hopefully I can effectively give you a good idea what it will be like to have one in your garage.

Motorcycles

Me and my V7 Classic Moto Guzzi V7 Classic Reviews.  I own this bike right now.  I love this bike.  I have a new and profound respect for Guzzi Small Blocks, and a definite admiration of the bikes that Moto Guzzi is currently building!
digest_title Moto Guzzi Breva 1200 Sport Reviews. I lived with the Breva 1200 Sport for more than 10 days and racked up in excess of 1000 miles on it very quickly. This series of posts will give you a pretty good idea what it’s like to live with this exciting, torque-beast Moto Guzzi on a day-to-day basis.  (I liked it so much I bought one with my own hard-earned dollars)
cal_digest_title2 Moto Guzzi California Vintage Review Digest. I spent a too-short week with the California Vintage, racked up another 1000 miles, rode along the PCH; just fell in love with the bike. Enjoy the review, and find out just what an excellent deal it is when compared to its Milwaukee rival.

Scooters

bv_blog_title Piaggio BV250 Tourer Review Digest. I lived with the BV250 Tourer for a couple of weeks and racked up almost 800 miles.  I learned that I liked scooters a helluva lot more than I thought, and this one in particular! I now believe that riding a scooter makes you a better overall rider, and that their utility and ability as a daily grocery getter is off the hook.
fruit_review_main Vespa GTV 250 Digest. After turning the Piaggio in, I ran up 1000 miles on the Vespa GTV 250 in a little less than 10 days. I had a chance to get one with little or no miles, but I chose one that had 5000 miles on it from commute trips over a nine month period. I figured that if anything was really out of whack here, I might be able to spot it!
